My reason for capturing life’s moments.
Hi!
My name is Travis Timmons and I am a devout believer that life and its precious moments are meant to be captured. I am an only child and have been raised with the unique combination of the Trinidadian and American culture, with my mother being from Trinidad and my father being from Jacksonville, FL.
I began to take pictures in 2013 when I was fourteen years old. I was fascinated with the idea that I could capture life's moments with one shot; but most importantly, I was fascinated with the idea that I had the ability to help people remember important moments in their lives.
My mission to capture life's moments held more meaning once my father passed away in 2020 battling liver cancer. I would always tell my parents that we needed to take pictures to keep and reminisce with one another. Now that my father is no longer with us, I regret not being able to capture as many memories possible with him and my mother together. Because of this, I am determined to capture the precious moments of others lives.
